These general conditions are available in favour of the consumer for reproduction and conservation according to art.12 D. Legislative Decree 70/2003, have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely by means of telematic network through the internet site dooitu.com.

Order acceptance

The customer or professional user, by sending his purchase order electronically, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl), the general conditions and payment illustrated below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided by him, also taking note that Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl) is not bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing. Sales transactions are regulated for the consumer by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, while the protection of confidentiality is subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Shipping

Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl) will deliver to customers, at the address indicated by them, the products selected and ordered, by couriers. The cost of home delivery is not included in the price of the products and varies from € 0,00 to € 45,00. The cost depends on the amount of the order, the destination and the type of payment chosen. The cost of Cash on Delivery payment is € 4,00(Only in Italy). With payment by Credit Card and Paypal there are no additional charges by Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl) so only transport costs will be applied for the payment. Delivery times vary from 1 to 15 working days depending on the destination and the products ordered.click to view all destinations and free shipping. The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is excluded if the goods sold are "tailor-made" by the customer (e.g. assembled or personalized).

Right of withdrawal

According to art.5 of Dlgs 22nd May 1999 n.185, the consumer customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, except for goods sold "made to measure", by returning the goods received in their original packaging, without tampering with any guarantee seal or simple opening and/or deterioration of the same packaging, and getting the refund of the price paid. The withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the operational headquarters of Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl), Via Adelaide Bono Cairoli 30, 20127 Milan (MI), within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the products. The communication may be anticipated, within the same period, by e-mail (at info@dooitu.com) or telegram, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. Such communication must specify the order number, the willingness to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal and attach a copy of the order. The Customer must then return the product at his own expense to the following address: Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl), Via Adelaide Bono Cairoli 30, 20127 Milan (MI). If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the rules described, Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl) will refund by bank transfer the amount paid for the purchase as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Dooitu.com (DIY Group Srl) became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
